Enquiry and Service Registration

Individuals seeking our Centre’s counselling service may initiate registration through one of the following methods:

  1. Telephone: Call us at 3162-6388 to apply
  2. Email: Send your enquiry to bsc@tszshan.org
  3. Online Self-Assessment: Complete and submit the [DASS-21 Emotional Self-Assessment Questionnaire] to begin the process.

Once your initial registration is received, our social worker or counsellor will contact you as soon as possible to conduct a preliminary consultation and assessment. Eligible applicants will be offered 8 to 12 sessions of complimentary one-on-one counselling.
