The Origination and Objective of the Centre’s Service

Nurturing life with life; Connecting communities through love

Since 2019, the Centre has been fully implementing the ‘Life Companion Project’, funded by Li Ka Shing Foundation. In response to the diverse spiritual needs in Hong Kong, the Centre promotes life care and public education through three key areas: community spiritual care services, volunteer training, and public outreach.

Our community spiritual care services include hospital outreach, elderly support, social inclusion programmes, rehabilitation, and residential care services. In developing volunteers, the Centre focuses on enhancing service quality by ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, understanding, and skills needed to serve diverse groups effectively. For public education, the Centre provides life and death education through various channels, including online learning platforms, to foster a deeper understanding and perspective on life.
