The Centre organizes Spiritual Wellness talks and experiential workshops on inner peace for service users and their families. Guest speakers are invited to share insights on topics related to spiritual and mental well-being. Through practices such as mindfulness and yoga, participants are guided to cultivate awareness of their body, mind, and spirit, and integrate these experiences to daily life.
