Mindfulness Compassion Series

To support participants in experiencing inner peace and calmness through meditative practices and to cultivate a compassionate, mindful way of life, the Centre invites facilitators to lead a variety of mindfulness-based sessions. Courses such as Loving-Kindness Meditation and Mindful Self-Compassion Care emphasize both principles and practice to encourage ongoing learning.
